What is Kledly?
Kledly is a home for independent digital storefronts. Creators use their own shops to share and sell books, courses, templates, and other digital products. Each seller is responsible for their products and the information on their shop.
How can I open a shop?
Creator access is by invitation. Apply for access with a few details about your work. Applications are considered individually, and selected creators receive the next steps. Applying is free and does not automatically create an account.
Do buyers need an invitation?
No. Invitations are for creators opening a shop. Buyers can browse public shops and follow the seller’s checkout and purchase-access instructions.
Where can I find my purchase?
Start with your order confirmation email. It contains the access instructions provided for your purchase. Check your spam folder too, and make sure you are using the email address you entered at checkout.
Who should I contact about an order?
Contact the creator through the details in their shop or your order confirmation. They can help with product questions, access, and the refund policy that applies to your order.
Do I need an account to browse?
You can explore a public shop without signing in. If an account is needed to access a course or purchase, the shop will explain the steps during checkout or in your confirmation email.
For the things you know.
And the things you’re about to discover.
